What is delta8?
Delta8 thc is different from Delta9 thc by only a few atomic bonds and has a portion but not all of the psychoactivity as Delta9. People anecdotally report that it provides all the perks of Delta9 - without the anxiety or paranoia. Delta8  is found in small percentages in the hemp plant, but not enough to extract, so it is made by converting hemp derived CBD into Delta8.
 
Is it legal?
According to the 2018 farm bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, terps etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than 0.3% delta9 thc. Because our Delta8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of delta9, it's legal.
 
Directions for Use:
Dosage is dependent on the user. We recommend starting with one quarter to one half of a gummy before determining how it effects you. Allow one hour after eating to experience any effects.
