WHAT IS DELTA8?

Delta8 thc is different from Delta9 thc by only a few atomic bonds and has a portion but not all of the psychoactivity as delta9. Delta8 thc is found in small percentages in the hemp plant, but not enough to extract, so it is made by converting hemp derived cbd into delta8 thc.

IS DELTA8 LEGAL?

According to the 2018 farm bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, terps etc.) are completely legal in the united states as long as they do not contain more than 0.3% thc (delta9 thc to be specific). Because our delta8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of delta9 thc, it's legal.

ARE CBD GUMMIES LEGAL IN THE USA?

Under the 2018 US Farm Bill, all hemp-derived products with less than 0.3 percent THC are federally legal. Technically, this means all of the goods sold on Industrial Hemp Farms are legal throughout the USA.

However, states are still allowed to set different standards regarding the sale, cultivation, and extraction of hemp. Indeed, a few states have laws against CBD edibles, even if they have no more than 0.3 percent THC.

Because some states still don’t recognize CBD, we encourage customers to check their local laws before ordering from our website.

Dosage is dependent on the user. we recommend starting with one quarter to one half of a gummy before determining how it effects you. Allow one hour after eating to experience any effects.

Drug Test Disclaimer. 

The lesser-known delta8 thc is a double bond isomer of the more common delta9 thc.  Although it might not have the same strength of delta9, delta8 thc still has the ability of producing a high, with added therapeutic benefits. 

As with any hemp derived product a drug test may or may not show a positive reading for delta9 thc.
